Comic created for the Intellectual Property of Singapore's (IPOS) latest annual report. Written by Epigram. The style is follows closely to the film noir style of Power's Oeming. Calligraphy pen to draw the lines and coloured in photoshop. These were used as divider pages of the report. Therefore the story is loosely connected. It follows Detective IPOS as he educates people about the false facade of Piracy and his nemesis Constantine Ripoff. Gah!
