Journalling from a different POV

 

I still like journalling in this comic format. I like the challenge of balancing pictures and words to form stories. But I do like to shake it up a little every now and then. Instead of just recounting what I've done during the last couple weeks, I decided to try doing it from another person's point of view. I found that it did help me step out of my own needs and wants and try to perceive how another person might experience me. Of course, this was projecting my own thoughts and imaginations from their view. So I tried to keep to factual things rather than describing what they felt or thought. I would probably be way off if I did that! I could have continued with other people's POV toward the end. But I decided to try some object's POV too! Done with a Sailor 1911 fountain pen with Platinum Carbon Black ink and watercolour wash.
